WASC Preparation Deadline

Here is our final WASC Self-Study report that was submitted on 10/16/23 ahead of our WASC visit on 11/27-11/29/23.

By Friday, 11/17, ALL STAFF members are expected to

1. Review the entire self-study report, including your assigned focus group section, before our visit on 11/27/23
2. All Staff will complete a WASC Readiness Reflection that will be shared at PD on Tuesday
3. 
   Teachers will submit IP/LP for the dates of the visit and prepare classroom spaces by Friday 11/17. Ops/Admin/CCST Teams will prepare offices and shared spaces for the visit by Tuesday 11/21
4. All staff will participate in a staff wrap up meeting from 2:45-3:00 in the MPR immediately following monthly celebration.

Staff members who complete all the required above tasks and demonstrate readiness for the WASC visit, you may depart from campus at 3:00pm on Friday, November 17th.

For staff members interested in uninterrupted set up time campus will be open on 11/21 and 11/22. Please let Garcia know if you plan to be on-site during that time.
