Participation in Sotomayor Athletics is a privilege, not a right. You are expected to represent your team, school and community with integrity. 

 

New and returning athletes: Please download the student-athlete clearance forms, fill them out, get your physical exam, and return the forms to your coach. 

 

No student can play in a sanctioned match and/or in-season practice until all documents have been turned in, signed, and cleared by the Athletic Director and/or Nurse. Paperwork turned in with ample time guarantees clearance by participation deadlines. 

 

In order to be eligible academically, all athletes must maintain a 2.0 or better grade point average (GPA) or the student may be declared ineligible to participate in sports.
