Temporary Protected Status (TPS), a provisional legal protection from deportation granted to migrants who are unable to return to their home countries due to environmental disasters or social conflicts, is currently under attack. CARECEN is providing free legal consultations for TPS holders,  they recommend Salvadoran TPS holders to get a legal consultation to see if they qualify for any immigration relief. Once DHS publishes the notice with the re-registration period CARECEN will be doing renewal applications for TPS holders.
