January 28th - 32 NEW HOMES IN WALNUT CANYON? The GPIA, along with many other community organizations, believes this canyon should be preserved as public parkland for all communities to enjoy and cherish. We have been actively involved in the long term process of working with state, city and county agencies to try and find funding to purchase this land from the developers so that it can remain vital, accessible open space in an urbanized city that is rapidly losing its last remnants of green space.

Please come to a presentation and a question and answer period with the developers of the Abode at G Academies Park project on Saturday, January 28th at 10:00 AM.
Please bring your opinions, thoughts, comments and concerns about this project and its impacts on the environment to the meeting on January 28th.  We hope to see you and hear your voice!
